Same Day Delivery Houston:

Same day delivery available across Houston. Delivery fees and free minimums vary by zone. Please visit our delivery page to view zone pricing and eligible zip codes.

Order Processing:

 

In most cases, orders placed before 10PM CST will go out the same day for local delivery. Orders placed after 10PM will go out the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will go out the next available delivery day.

We do our very best to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.

 

Shipping Methods:

 

All orders are fulfilled through our local Houston delivery team or made available for in store pickup.

Delivery is available only within eligible Houston zip codes.

 

Delivery Times:

 

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e mail confirmation that your order has been dispatched, along with delivery updates.

All eligible same day delivery orders are typically delivered within operating hours after processing. Delivery timing depends on driver availability, route scheduling, and your delivery zone.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.

Due to high delivery volume, traffic, weather, or driver availability, tracking updates may not always reflect real time movement. While our local delivery partner offers reliable service, delays may occasionally occur. Delays caused by or as a result of our third party delivery provider are not the responsibility of Hemp Hop Houston. We will assist from our end if any delivery issues arise. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing may vary due to local conditions. There are many factors that can affect delivery timelines, including traffic and weather. We will fulfill your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.

All consumers are required to abide by state and local laws. Please ensure someone 21+ years of age or older is available to receive the order. Valid identification may be required upon delivery.

 

Shipping Rates:

 

All delivery fees and free minimum thresholds are listed when you place your order at checkout. In the event that you receive the message, "No delivery rates available for your area", this means that we currently do not deliver to the address or location that you have provided.

Hemp Hop Houston offers local delivery and pickup only.

 

Back Orders:

 

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

 

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:

 

In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, incorrect item(s), or missing product(s), please take a picture of the products immediately and e mail them along with a brief description of the problem to support@hemphophouston.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

International Orders

 

Hemp Hop Houston does not offer out of state or international shipping. All orders placed on this website are fulfilled through local Houston delivery or in store pickup only.
